I transitioned from being a client to a team member at Salon Ultimo, and I absolutely adore being part of its vibrant atmosphere. Creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors is the cornerstone of my role. The most fulfilling aspect of my job is connecting and nurturing relationships with our wonderful clients. Over the past thirty-one years, our clients and staff have evolved into an extended family for me. Making a positive impact in someone’s day is immensely rewarding and remains the highlight of my work.
